The bit where I've got the rainbowish swirls?
Go to "edit skins", then to the skin that is active on your profile. Click on the "wysiwyg" button for that skin. Now you'll have a series of tabs, with which you can control stuff. You'd be looking for the "body" tag to change the value there. Play around with it some. If you're concerned about messing things up, make a copy by clicking on the "copy" button for that active skin.

Yes there is :)
Go to the YouTube clip that you want to show, and beside it you have the option to get "URL" and "embed".
Select and copy the code from "embed", and then go to the Yuku post editor/creator. Click on the red button next to the smilie (it's called "insert flash" when you hover over it). You'll get a little window, paste the embed code in there, and you'll have your video in the post.
