I am a work in progress and splendidly imperfect.
I'm mom to two boys aged 7 and 9.
I'm Dutch and I live in Canada.
I love reading and doing nothing particularly meaningful.
I love where we live, surrounded by Life.
I love that the human being is not the wildest animal in our area.
My current activities
~ parenting 2 active young boys, almost 8 and 10 years old now!
~ gardening! Yay! Spring has sprung, there's work to be done in the garden!
~ preparing the deck, my outdoor living- and dining room in summer. This means planters, cushions, table cloths, etc. Homey stuff. Cozy summery stuff. Mousy stuff!
~ relearning Jungian analysis, psychodrama and drama therapeutic means in English (I learned them in Dutch
~ preparing and coordinating all things kitchen for a summer camp for the end of June for 100 people
~ juggling baseball season with a reasonable dinner time (I cannot believe the awkward times for the games and practices!!)
~ maintaining mental health
